Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Pet Talk Supplements. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.

During product launches, sales, or holiday weeks, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll do our best to keep you posted if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship via USPS, Fed Ex and UPS, depending on your location and order size. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Estimated transit times after your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (where available)

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package the rest of the way.

If you don't see a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@pettalksupplements.com.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@pettalksupplements.com. Once an order has shipped, we're not able to redirect it.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors and household members
  2. Looking around your porch, mailbox, and any side doors
  3. Waiting 24 hours, since carriers sometimes mark items delivered slightly early
  4. Contacting your local USPS or UPS facility

If it still hasn't turned up, email us at [support email] and we'll help you figure out next steps.

For packages that arrive damaged, please take photos of the box and the products inside, then email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We can also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Transit times to military addresses may be longer than standard.

Holiday Shipping

Around major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), carriers experience higher volume and shipping can run slower than usual. We recommend placing orders early during these times. We'll share specific cutoff dates on our site and email list each season.
